It’s a beautiful home, has everything you need( from kitchen appliances to laundry), lot of privacy and most importantly amazing hosts!! It was my first time in Dallas for my summer internship but this place made me feel home, thanks to Mike and Karl for their magnificent hospitality. It’s the little thoughts that matter: they gave me a room fan to beat Texas heat, they would refurnish the bathroom supplies, prepared a delicious farewell lunch for me and my husband. The home was perfect for my brief stay in Carrollton, clean and very well organized. The home stays quiet most of the time perfect for nurses who work nightshift and sleep during the day. The owners are very welcoming and are always making sure you are comfortable at the home. Will definitely stay here again if Im ever in the Dallas area again.

By far the most organized, clean, and hospitable [room] I have stayed in. The house is fully stocked with everything you need (bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, wifi, private fridge, TV in each room). Each room had its own door key and and I had my own fridge so it felt like I was in my own apartment. Mike was very welcoming and always available if I needed something. I stayed for more than a month and I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in the area. An excellent place to stay not just for traveling professionals like myself but anyone looking for [month-to-month] stays. Thanks for everything you did Mike.

I stayed in Carrollton for the summer for an internship in Coppell, which was only a 15-minute drive away. Fresh sheets and towels where waiting in my room when I first arrived. The house was always neat and clean and the host had a great system that kept things organized for everyone. My room was very comfortable and convenient, with the door closed I could barely hear any noise from the outside. The host was flexible, understanding and always very respectful. He always made sure to stay on top of things. I enjoyed taking the train or driving downtown which was not too far away. The best thing about this place was that the host always went above and beyond what was expected, including food, travel, entertainment and even accommodations! I would recommend this listing to any friend or family member and this would definitely be my top choice to stay if I was coming back to the Dallas area.
