The room is all utilities and a parking space included on a month-to-month basis, which drops to the long term rate of $785 after 90 days. Rent will be pro-rated to your move-in and move-out days within the month as needed.

For a clean and secure stay lasting 30 or more days with a flexible end date, compare $27 per day ($835/31 days in a month) to hotels, extended stay motels, and to the long term lease and utility expenses of renting an apartment (electricity, water, trash, and internet).

I collect a security deposit of $500 and require a simple criminal background check through my provider to reserve a room.
